Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender.
- Combine and Cook:
- Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the broccoli.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
