Description

These Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and packed with nutritious broccoli! Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Mixture
    • Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop finely.
    • In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
    • Stir until well combined.
  • Shape the Balls
    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll it into a ball.
    • Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on the baking sheet.
