Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Mixture
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop finely.
- In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Stir until well combined.
- Shape the Balls
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on the baking sheet.
- Bake to Perfection
- Lightly brush the balls with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Notes
Use Fresh or Frozen Broccoli – If using frozen, thaw and drain well.
