Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Assemble the Wraps
    • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
    • Spread a generous amount of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
    • Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the sauce.
    • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Fold and Toast
    • Fold each tortilla over the filling or roll it up burrito-style.
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
    • Place the wraps in the skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve and Enjoy
    • Slice in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
    • Serve hot with extra creamy garlic sauce, sour cream, or your favorite dip.

Notes

    • For extra crispiness, brush the wraps with olive oil before toasting.
    • Spice it up by adding jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce inside the wrap.
    • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for the best texture.
    • Freezing Option: Assemble and freeze the wraps individually. Cook straight from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the toasting time.
    • Air Fryer Alternative: Cook at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
