Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:

- Marinate the Chicken:

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water until the cornstarch is fully dissolved. Set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it is golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
