Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Cottage cheese
  • Fresh spinach, chopped
  • Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
