Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 4 soft taco-sized tortillas
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Big Mac Sauce:
-
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease if necessary.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas. Evenly distribute the cooked beef onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla in slightly, then roll it up tightly. Serve immediately or toast the wrap in a skillet for a crispier texture.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef (90/10) for a healthier option.
- For a spicier twist, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the Big Mac sauce.
- Swap out beef for ground turkey or a plant-based alternative for a different variation.
- Lightly grilling the wrap in a skillet after assembling adds a nice crunch.
- If prepping ahead, store the beef mixture and sauce separately, then assemble fresh when ready to eat.
