Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium red apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fall spices of your choice (cinnamon, chai spice, pumpkin pie spice, or apple pie spice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    • Prepare the Fruit: Freeze the banana slices overnight.
