Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.25 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packets (1.74 ounces total) chicken gravy mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

    • Lightly grease the slow cooker to prevent sticking.
    • Place the chicken breasts in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, water, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully covered.
    • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
    • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the gravy.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
