Ingredients
- 1 (25 oz) package of refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Ravioli – If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix Cheese Filling – In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble the Lasagna
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake the Lasagna
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve – Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy!
