Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Marinade – In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken – Place the chicken breasts in a dish or resealable bag and coat with the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  • Cook the Chicken – Choose one of the following methods:
    • Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
