- 16 ounces linguine or spaghetti

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1/4 cup rough-chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, chile powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sear the Chicken: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from the pan and let rest before slicing.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine Everything: Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. Slice the chicken and add it on top.
