- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
