  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for quicker cooking.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and dried thyme.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Drizzle lemon juice over green beans and toss to coat.
