Description

Quick, saucy, and packed with flavor, this Chicken Ramen Stir Fry combines tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and ramen noodles tossed in a savory stir-fry sauce. A satisfying, one-pan meal ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

  • Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Toss in bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
