Ingredients
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
