Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add chicken broth and deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.
-
Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
-
Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
-
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
