Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

    • Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

    • Season: Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
