  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  2. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  3. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken pieces, cooking until browned.
  5. Add the honey mixture to the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
  6. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the chicken.
