Ingredients

For the Topping:
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
