Ingredients
- 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the marinade.
- Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy.
