Instructions
-
Cook the Steak Bites:
-
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
-
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.

Pour in the heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
-
Toss in the cooked pasta, adding a splash of pasta water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
-
Add the steak bites back into the pan and mix everything together.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
- Best steak cuts: Use sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon for the most tender results.
- Pasta alternatives: Works well with fettuccine, penne, or even zucchini noodles.
- Extra creamy: Add an extra splash of heavy cream or a little cream cheese for a richer sauce.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream or broth.
