Ready in under 30 minutes, this easy recipe delivers mouthwatering results every time with just a handful of pantry staples. Perfect for meal prep, family dinners, or quick lunches!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the thighs and toss to coat evenly.

  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs and rub in until well coated.

  • Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for crispy edges, if desired.

  • Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with a sprinkle of lemon juice or parsley.

Notes

  • Make sure to pat the chicken dry before seasoning to help the spices stick and promote even browning.
  • You can marinate the chicken for up to 12 hours in the fridge for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
