Ingredients
- 2 lbs cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper (leave overhang).

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Mix in cream, then flour, salt, and vanilla until just combined.

Pour batter into pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes until top is deeply golden brown.
