Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or reduction
- Fresh basil leaves, for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season and sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then place in baking dish.

Top with tomatoes and mozzarella.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
