This ultra-creamy garlic Parmesan pasta is loaded with tender chicken and a rich, cheesy sauce. It’s a quick and comforting dinner that tastes like a restaurant classic.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.

Return chicken to pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
