Description

This ultra-creamy garlic Parmesan pasta is loaded with tender chicken and a rich, cheesy sauce. It’s a quick and comforting dinner that tastes like a restaurant classic.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

    • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    • In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    • Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.

    • Return chicken to pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.

    • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

 

Notes

  • You can swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
