A simple yet irresistible dish featuring chicken breasts glazed in a sticky, sweet-savory brown sugar garlic sauce. A quick weeknight favorite!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and water. Stir and simmer until bubbly and slightly thickened.

Return chicken to the pan, coat in sauce, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.

Serve with rice or veggies and garnish with parsley.
