Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Brown patties in oil on both sides, then place in a baking dish.

Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Stir in soup and broth.

Pour over patties and bake for 25–30 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
