Description

Creamy Steak Pasta is a decadent, savory dinner packed with tender steak slices and a velvety garlic parmesan sauce. It’s rich, satisfying, and quick enough for a weeknight splurge.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

  • Add cooked pasta and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Swap steak for chicken or shrimp if desired.
