Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
