This Hamburger Stew is a rustic, cozy bowl of ground beef, tender vegetables, and hearty broth — a family-favorite comfort meal perfect for chilly days.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.

Add carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, broth, and seasoning.
