This cheesy Broccoli Casserole is a nostalgic side dish that combines creamy cheddar, tender broccoli, and a buttery cracker topping for crunch.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.

In a large bowl, mix soup, mayo, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
