Description

This cheesy Broccoli Casserole is a nostalgic side dish that combines creamy cheddar, tender broccoli, and a buttery cracker topping for crunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.

  • In a large bowl, mix soup, mayo, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Fold in broccoli and pour into a greased baking dish.

  • Combine crackers with butter and sprinkle on top.
