- Banana Bread:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Swirl:
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine bananas, sugars, egg, oil, and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.

Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon swirl mixture. Add remaining batter. Swirl with a knife.

Bake 50–60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool, then drizzle with glaze.
