Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook spaghetti; reserve 1 cup pasta water.

In a pan, cook bacon until crisp. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Whisk eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Toss hot pasta with egg mixture, adding reserved water slowly to create a creamy sauce.

Stir in chicken and bacon.
