Comfort food at its finest! This creamy and cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole is packed with tender chicken, noodles, and a crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    • In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese.

    • Stir in cooked noodles, chicken, and vegetables.

    • Spread mixture in baking dish.

    • Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
