Celebrate with this easy, no-fuss Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage—tender beef, sweet cabbage, and hearty root vegetables slow-cooked for all-day flavor.
Ingredients
- 3–4 lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut
- 1 ½ lbs potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, quartered
- ½ head green cabbage, cut into wedges
Instructions

Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.

Top with corned beef and sprinkle with spice packet.

Pour in broth, cover, and cook on low for 8–9 hours.
