Celebrate with this easy, no-fuss Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage—tender beef, sweet cabbage, and hearty root vegetables slow-cooked for all-day flavor.


Ingredients

  • 34 lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut
  • 1 ½ lbs potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • ½ head green cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.

  • Top with corned beef and sprinkle with spice packet.

  • Pour in broth, cover, and cook on low for 8–9 hours.

  • Add cabbage wedges during the last 1–2 hours of cooking.

  • Slice corned beef and serve with vegetables.

Notes

  • Cut cabbage into large chunks to prevent it from getting mushy.
