Inspired by the Pioneer Woman’s take on casserole classics, this hearty dish blends chicken, noodles, cheese, and a creamy base into the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 12 oz wide egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch dish.

In a bowl, combine soups, sour cream, seasonings, and cheese.
