Ingredients
- 2–3 pound beef tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Tie beef with butcher’s twine for even roasting.
