Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.

Cream butter, cookie butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

Fold in white chocolate chips.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes.

Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack

- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Drizzle with extra melted cookie butter for presentation.
