Description

Soft, chewy, and full of rich Biscoff flavor, these white chocolate chip cookies are pure indulgence. Buttery and spiced with that signature cookie butter warmth, they’re a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Cream butter, cookie butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.

  • Beat in egg and vanilla.

  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

  • Fold in white chocolate chips.

  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes.

  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack

Notes

  • Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  • Drizzle with extra melted cookie butter for presentation.
