Description

Rich, fudgy brownies swirled with tangy cheesecake—two decadent desserts in one! These crowd-pleasing bars are easy to make and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

    • Make the brownie batter: mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour into pan.

    • For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake batter over brownie batter. Swirl with a knife.

    • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until center is set. Cool completely before slicing.

 

Notes

  • Add chocolate chips to the brownie batter for extra indulgence.
