These Juicy Baked Chicken Thighs are seasoned to perfection and come out tender, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat chicken dry and place in a baking dish.

  • Rub olive oil over the chicken.

  • Mix all spices and sprinkle evenly over thighs.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can broil for 2 minutes at the end for extra crispness. Serve with veggies or over rice.
