These Juicy Baked Chicken Thighs are seasoned to perfection and come out tender, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat chicken dry and place in a baking dish.

Rub olive oil over the chicken.

Mix all spices and sprinkle evenly over thighs.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can broil for 2 minutes at the end for extra crispness. Serve with veggies or over rice.
