Description
This cheesy broccoli cauliflower bake is creamy, comforting, and packed with tender veggies under a golden, bubbly cheese crust.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam or blanch broccoli and cauliflower until just tender.

In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thickened.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar.

Mix cheese sauce with vegetables and pour into baking dish.

Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
