Description

This Easy Asparagus Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with fresh asparagus—perfect as a spring side dish or cozy veggie-packed entrée.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus trimmed and chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish

  • In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

  • Add chopped asparagus and stir to coat

  • Pour mixture into the baking dish

  • Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
