Description

This creamy Easy Seafood Casserole brings together shrimp, crab, and white fish in a rich sauce topped with buttery breadcrumbs—perfect for seafood lovers craving a cozy, oven-baked dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb white fish cut into chunks
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish

    • In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux

    • Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cooking until thickened

    • Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper

    • Add shrimp, fish, and crab to the sauce and cook 2–3 minutes

    • Pour mixture into the casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese

    • Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top

    • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
