Creamy, tangy, and trending for a reason—this Baked Feta Pasta is an easy, flavor-packed dish that bakes feta and tomatoes to perfection before being tossed with pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place feta in the center of a baking dish and surround with tomatoes and garlic.

    • Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

    • Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst and feta is soft.

    • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

    • Once baked, mash feta and tomatoes together in the dish.

    • Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Garnish with basil.
