This quick and creamy Canned Salmon Pasta is a budget-friendly, protein-packed meal that transforms pantry staples into a satisfying and delicious dinner in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or penne
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (6 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in salmon and cook briefly.

Add heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Toss in pasta and reserved pasta water to thin the sauce as needed.
