This quick and creamy Canned Salmon Pasta is a budget-friendly, protein-packed meal that transforms pantry staples into a satisfying and delicious dinner in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (6 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  • Stir in salmon and cook briefly.

  • Add heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Toss in pasta and reserved pasta water to thin the sauce as needed.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
