Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.

Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
