Description

This creamy chicken pasta is rich, comforting, and packed with tender chicken, garlic, and a silky parmesan cream sauce that clings to every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.

  • Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.

  • Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
