These Easy Low Carb Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with healthy protein—perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner without the carbs.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined, then form into 5–6 patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
