Description

These Easy Low Carb Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with healthy protein—perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine salmon, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix until well combined, then form into 5–6 patties.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Fry patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
