This Vegan Apple Crumble is warm, spiced, and comforting with tender apples under a golden oat topping—perfect for fall baking or any cozy dessert craving.
Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup, then place in a baking dish
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, sugar, and coconut oil until crumbly
- Sprinkle topping over apples and bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and bubbly
