Ingredients

  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup, then place in a baking dish
  • In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, sugar, and coconut oil until crumbly
  • Sprinkle topping over apples and bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and bubbly
