Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
-
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
-
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.
-
Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.
-
Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
-
Meanwhile, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a small bowl.
-
Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
-
Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
-
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using a milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed for optimal crispiness.
- This recipe is best served fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain texture.
