Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.

  • Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.

  • Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
