Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • In another bowl, mix panko and Parmesan.

  • Dredge shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

  • Arrange shrimp on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
