Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4 pound) bone-in turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary), optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Pat turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil.

  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Rub seasoning all over the turkey.
