Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, sliced
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Butter
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine until al dente, then set aside.

  • Toss chicken and shrimp in Cajun seasoning.

  • Sauté chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté shrimp in the same pan until pink, then remove.

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer.
